(* 1925 in Buenos Aires; † 2004 in Paris) investigated already early on abstract, constructivist art. She moved to Paris in 1959. Here she met with artists of the Op Art and Kinetic Art movements from whom she received essential impulses for her own work. She worked with mobile, floating structures made of plexiglass, experimented with light and colour, as well as randomness and the play of movement. She set in motion rhythmically arranged reflecting elements and combined those with artificial light sources which reproduced three- dimensionally the structures of geometric abstraction in the painting of the fifties.
