Claudia Wieser explores the intersection of art and design with her monumental works. Her affection for the avant-garde, the constructivists, the designs of Yves Saint Laurent, and, most importantly, attention to detail is evident in the handmade tiles that bear traces of her meticulous brushstrokes. In time for the Kunsttage Basel, the Berlin-based artist is opening an exhibition of new sculptures and drawings at von Bartha, Basel in a unique bistro setting.

On the occasion of Kunsttage Basel we extend our opening hours on Fri/Sat, August 30/31, from 11 am–6 pm, and on Sun, September 1, from 11 am–4 pm.
